We recommend you wear comfortable clothes. You will be moving around alot so consider something that allows you freedom.

I also recommend for the Ladies a small heel for the foot. Something that is secure on the foot not loose.  Possibly a leather bottom that does not stick when moving.

For the Man a leather sole shoe not rubber. When moving around a dance floor it is important that your foot does not stick to it.
